Pete Massiello, President
Pete Massiello has been working with the AS/400, iSeries, and IBM i since 1989, focusing on systems management and technical support. He is the President of iTech Solutions Group, an IBM Premier Business Partner delivering solutions and services to IBM i shops throughout the world. He is a member of IBM’s certification test-writing team, an IBM Certified Systems Expert with certifications in IBM i design, administration, LPAR, virtualization, implementation, and HMC management.
Pete has a B.S. in Computer Science from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of New Haven. He was President of COMMON from 2010 to 2012, and again in 2014. He is a COMMON Hall of Fame speaker and a frequent speaker at user groups all over the world. In 2011, IBM established the Champions award for Power Systems, and Pete was one of the first recipients. In 2018, Pete was recognized as the first Lifetime IBM Power Systems Champion.
Yvonne Enselman, Director of Professional Services
Yvonne Enselman is the Director of Professional Services at iTech Solutions and she is based in Chicago, IL. She started working with the IBM i Platform (AS/400, iSeries) in 1996 holding positions including programmer/analyst, B2B coordination, and instructor. Since 2005 she has focused on quality assurance and project management bringing certifications in these areas to the technical disciplines of the traditional IBM i professional. She is a passionate advocate of the system volunteering in myriad ways such as serving as a director for professional associations (COMMON, OMNI), speaking, writing, blogging, teaching, and mentorship.
Donna DelMuro, Project Manager
Donna DelMuro brings 30 years of experience in IT sales, sales management, and business development on the IBM midrange platform. Her skillset is focused on helping growing organizations, from Start-ups to Enterprise, implement a sales team, build business partnerships and develop company policies and procedures in collaboration with company managers and leaders through organization and visualization.
Her extensive sales expertise has primarily focused on tooling and services for IT, most recently IBMi Modernization and DevOps implementations. Currently, she is a team member at iTech helping to provide IBM Power, storage solutions, and managed services.
Mike De Paoli, Third Shift Operator
IT Professional with an extensive background with iSeries (AS/400) computer. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of AS/400 with a reputation for efficiency and practical problem-solving. Background includes:
• AS/400 certified
• Daily supervision of all AS/400 (iSERIES) operations
• Configured AS/400 communication devices.
• PTF maintenance
• Established Disaster recovery procedures
• Automated 2nd and 3rd shift operations using Robot
• Implemented forms overlay using AFP for faxing custom forms
• Created a tape menu system to keep track of as/400 tapes
• Created and maintained AS/400 user ids

Chris Flick, Technician
Chris Flick has been working with the AS/400, iSeries, IBM i since its inception in 1988, and the predecessor mid-range systems (S/3, S/34, S/36, and S/38). Having performed every aspect of this platform, from hardware to software, installation to maintenance, development and database, implementations and conversions, focusing on systems administration and technical support. He has held numerous consulting, management, and technical positions throughout his career, nationally and internationally, with having worked in Accounting for 3 years and IT for over 35 years. Worked at IBM Rochester in the IBM i Global Support Center. Chris has a BS in Accounting from Missouri State University, and BS in Information Systems from Washington University in St. Louis.
Brett Getz, Second Shift Operator
Brett graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2019. He graduated with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Business Information Systems. He has work experience in both Sales and Customer Service. Brett is starting his IT career with iTech as the second shift operator and is excited to join such a knowledgeable and experienced technical team.
Steven McIver, IBM i Certified Administrator
Steven is a certified IBM i System Administrator who has been working in IT for over 14 years. He was recognized as an IBM Fresh Face for his work on IBM i infrastructure in his early career. His main focus has been supporting IBM i and IBM Power Systems, and also specializes in VIOS, BRMS, Tape Libraries, HMC, and Networking. He enjoys sharing his knowledge through the monthly newsletter and through presenting webinars on various topics.
Steve Pitcher, Systems Engineer
Steve has been involved with IBM i since 2001 primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Over that period he’s been a systems administrator, developer, IT Manager and IT Director. He joined iTech Solutions in 2017 in a combined sales/technical role, bringing additional expertise in security, IBM Lotus Domino and WebSphere.
A longtime IBM Champion, first as part of the inaugural group for IBM Collaboration Solutions (2011) and then as an IBM Champion for Power Systems (2016-present), you’ll find Steve speaking at events around the world about IBM i administration, modernization and security. He’s been a community advocate on the COMMON Americas Advisory Council since 2012 and is currently serving on the COMMON Board of Directors.
Ray Rhyno, Technician
Over the years, Ray wore many hats as many IBM Technical/System Engineers do. Ray has worked within many industries including the Government Sector, Insourcing/Outsourcing, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecommunication, Stocks, Banking, and Manufacturing.
Ray absolutely enjoys and plans to stick with IBM i and the iTech Solutions for many more years. Ray’s goal is to help everyone the best he can by helping them get the most from their IBM i investment. He truly believes it’s the best and easiest system to secure on the planet and enjoys helping people. IBM i; i for integration!
Amy Upton, Technician
Amy Upton has been working with the AS400, iSeries, IBM i for 20 years. Working in many different industries over the years including manufacturing, financial, and healthcare. Have performed countless hardware and software installations on the platform of all varieties. Very experienced in disaster recovery, high availability, backups, and served as the disaster recovery coordinator for large financial institutions. Working closely with many auditing firms over the years to increase safety and security. Certified by IBM and attended University of Massachusetts Boston.
Marc Vadeboncoeur, Technician
Marc has been in the IBM midrange world since 1984 when he started fresh out of college working on the IBM i’s grandfather, the System/38, as a software developer and systems analyst. He has progressed through his career with a dual focus on both business systems software design/development and IBM i technical expertise. He has extensive experience working in manufacturing and healthcare environments where IBM i was the core organizational technology, and recently served as the Director of Information Technology for a publicly traded manufacturing firm based in Southern New England.
Nathan Williams, Technician
Nathan has over 20 years of professional experience using, administering, and supporting IS technology and over 18 years of experience with IBM Systems. Previously employed at companies such as Avis and AOL, Nathan had a combined 14 years of experience using and administering IBM systems, 17 years of experience in a customer support/service role, and 13 years in the telecommunications industry when he joined the iTech team. At iTech Solutions, Nathan provides support in System administration, OS upgrades, system migrations, HMC and SAN configuration and upgrades, and maintains our PTF catalog.
